Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Newton Guthrie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sirzare White!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guthrie throws a leg kick but White sees it coming and checks it nicely.
White tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Guthrie defends well and White ends up having to push Guthrie into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Guthrie gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from White.
White manages to break the clinch.
White fails with the takedown
and Guthrie counters by moving into the clinch.
Newton Guthrie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sirzare White.
White wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Guthrie breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
White tries to close the distance and clinch but Guthrie swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
White shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Guthrie but Guthrie pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Sirzare White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Guthrie shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
White wants to control the action here but instead Guthrie manages to pass to full mount!
Guthrie is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. White can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
That's one minute gone in the round.

White tries to control the position but Guthrie now has his back.
Guthrie has both hooks in and is working for a choke. White is in real trouble here. Guthrie gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, White is tapping out! Guthrie wins by rear naked choke!
