Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gustavo Fring (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luiz Araujo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Araujo has chosen Who Shot Ya? as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Luiz Araujo acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Araujo tries to keep at a distance but Fring has taken the fight into the clinch.
Araujo tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Fring just stands there and leans against the cage.
Araujo has had enough of the clinch but Fring keeps him there for the moment.

Fring breaks the clinch.
Araujo dodges the punch combination from Fring.
Fring lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

It looks like Luiz Araujo has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fring thows a body shot but no joy.
Fring slips a jab from Araujo.
Fring fails to land with a series of punches.
Fring rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Araujo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Fring scores with a one two! Araujo had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Araujo fails with a takedown attempt.
Fring sizes up Araujo with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Fring pushes Araujo up against the cage in a clinch.

Fring has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Araujo is trying to keep an underhook but Fring manages to get the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Araujo slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Fring pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Araujo is keeping the position for now.

Fring has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Araujo to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Fring is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Araujo pulls down on the head and he's put Fring to sleep! This one is all over!

In his post fight interview, Luiz Araujo started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
