Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Long comes into the arena with remember the name blaring out of the sound system. Josh Jones is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
14 - 13 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Josh Jones!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a sloppy head kick and Long moves out of range easily.

Long fails with the takedown
and Jones counters with a series of strikes. Long will be more careful next time no doubt.
Jones looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Long tries for a takedown but Jones circles away easily
and Jones counters with a crisp one two that drops Long! Jones thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Long to his feet! Long is in big trouble!
Long is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Jones engages and cracks Long with a massive lead left hook - Long tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Jones is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Josh Jones!
In defeat, Jack Long stepped up to the mic, saying 'I will be back. Fitter. Faster. Stronger. And I will come away with the win'.
