Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Harley Simmons!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Alexi Lihakovich!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, John Mangel and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lihakovich wants to clinch up but Simmons keeps it at a distance.
Simmons shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lihakovich as he jumps to the side.
Lihakovich tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Simmons paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Lihakovich closes the distance and clinches.
Lihakovich lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Simmons tries to pull guard but Lihakovich holds him up against the cage and eventually Simmons drops back down to his feet.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harley Simmons. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lihakovich content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Simmons takes an elbow to the forehead.
Lihakovich has Simmons pressed against the cage.
Simmons's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Simmons tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lihakovich just stands there and leans against the cage.
Simmons takes an elbow to the temple.
It looks like Harley Simmons has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Simmons has had enough of the clinch but Lihakovich keeps him there for the moment.
Lihakovich drops Simmons with a big knee straight up the middle! Simmons is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Simmons is rocked!
Simmons is breathing heavily.
Lihakovich has Simmons up against the cage in a clinch.
Oh Simmons is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lihakovich controlling the position using the Thai clinch, unloads with a massive knee! Boom! He's out cold and slumps to the floor against the cage! I can't wait to see the slow motion replay of that one!
