Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Erin Cameron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jethro Static (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jethro Static has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Erin Cameron's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jethro Static!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cameron throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

Cameron gets tackled into the cage by Static. Static maintains the clinch.
Cameron drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A battle for position here, against the cage.

Cameron has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Static after a bit of a struggle.
Static misses with an elbow over the top.
Static lands an uppercut.
Static lands a nice uppercut.

Cameron gets control of Static's arms and successfully pulls guard. Cameron will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Static has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Cameron is proving hard to escape from.

Static wants to stand and escape but instead Cameron has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Cameron would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Cameron passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Cameron is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Static will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Cameron tries to score with some ground and pound. Static controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Cameron works to advance to full mount. Static defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
You get the feeling that Static really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Cameron has hold of Static's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Static manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Cameron trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Cameron really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Static really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cameron. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Cameron wants to finish this one by submission but Static is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Cameron.
Cameron scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Cameron wants to get back to his feet but Static is holding on tight.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Cameron lands a couple of good shots and Static has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Cameron is looking to control Static but Static is wriggling around and keeping busy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Static is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Cameron shoots in for a double leg but Static sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Static throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Cameron stumbling backwards into the cage! Cameron bounces back off the cage towards Static, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Static lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Static celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
