Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Redd shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kent defends it nicely.
Redd fails with a takedown attempt.
Kent throws a sloppy head kick and Redd moves out of range easily.

Kent fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Redd to the ground. Kent is now in Redd's guard.
Redd is wriggling around but Kent manages to pass to half guard.
Kent trying to control the action but Redd is working from the bottom.

Redd kicks Kent off and gets back to his feet.
Redd tries to clinch but Kent moves out of range.
Redd fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kent avoids it really well and circles away.
Todd Kent has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Redd.
Redd fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Redd keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Kent is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Redd sees it coming and defends easily.

Kent is trying to control the action in half guard but Redd is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kent is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Redd tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Kent manages to move to mount!
Kent won't let Redd get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Redd is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Kent wants to control the pace but Redd is squirming around nicely.
Kent lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Redd hang on?

Kent lands a big shot there that rocks Redd but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
