The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davenport takes one to the side of the head.

Guy closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Guy scores with a shot to the side of Davenport's head.
Guy throws a punch but it's blocked by Davenport.
Guy throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Davenports head.
Davenport jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Guy walks away with a smile on his face. Davenport gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Guy throws an off balance right hand
and Davenport cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Guy misses with a body shot
and Davenport counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Guy throws a body punch but Davenport moves out of range.
Davenport uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Guy.

Davenport rushes Guy and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Guy lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Davenport could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Guy is working Davenport over against the cage.
Guy cracks Davenport with a nice body shot.
Davenport misses with an elbow strike.
Guy digs a right hand into Davenport's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Davenport's gas tank.
Davenport is breathing heavily.
Davenport is trying to maintain a safe position but Guy gets an underhook and turns Davenport into the cage.
Guy works on Davenport's body with a couple of short punches.
Guy pushes Davenport back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Guy lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Davenport is rocked!
Guy dips a shoulder and cracks Davenport with a mighty uppercut! Davenport falls back against the cage and Guy unloads with a barrage of strikes! Davenport is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Guy screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Wrestling Guy!
