Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eerikki Kurki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kid Soplamocos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Soplamocos has chosen Eye of the Tiger!!! as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kurki changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Soplamocos tries to avoid it but Kurki manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Soplamocos to the ground. Soplamocos escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Soplamocos loads up on a big right hand but Kurki slips the punch.
Soplamocos swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kurki fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Soplamocos looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kurki throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kurki jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Kurki throws an overhand right that lands on Soplamocos's shoulder, as Soplamocos tries to avoid the shot.
Soplamocos scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Kurki tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Soplamocos was well out of range. Poor timing from Kurki.
Kurki throws a lazy right hand but Soplamocos sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

and Soplamocos counters with a good low kick that Kurki was not able to check.

Soplamocos has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Kurki regains guard immediately.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Kurki is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Kurki escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Soplamocos gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Soplamocos keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Kurki's head.

Kurki looking for a guillotine here but Soplamocos defends easily.

Soplamocos wants to control from the top but Kurki keeps moving.

Oh Kurki is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kurki controls Soplamocos momentarily but Soplamocos frees himself.
Soplamocos trying to control but Kurki is working from the bottom.
Soplamocos scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Soplamocos postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Kurki covers up, he's hurt! Soplamocos keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Soplamocos and the ref steps in to end the fight! Soplamocos can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
