The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gruber looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Boone is fending him off so far but Gruber persists. Nope, Boone circles away and we're back to standing.
Boone connects with a jab.

Gruber misses with the combination.
Gruber looks to land a combination but Boone avoids it well.
Gruber is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Boone.
Gruber seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
A big right from Gruber misses.
Boone walks into a straight right hand from Gruber.
Boone ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Boone cracks Gruber with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Boone fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Boone scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Hans Gruber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gruber throws a series of punches but Boone moves out of range.
Gruber tries to clinch there but Boone circles away.
Gruber doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Boone counters with a left and a right that stings Gruber.
Gruber misses with a shot to the body
and Boone counters with a straight right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice shot lands for Boone.
Gruber takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Gruber is rocked!
Boone keeps the fight on the outside.
Boone connects with a superb combination that knocks Gruber out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Boone before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Gruber!
