The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suarez has a takedown stuffed.

and Suarez counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Suarez dodges the punch combination from Fernhart.
Trinidad Suarez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Suarez throws a series of punches but Fernhart moves out of range.
Suarez takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
A slow jab from Fernhart misses its intended target.
Suarez uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Fernhart has time to react.
Fernhart changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Suarez looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Fernhart swings around for an armbar but Suarez sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Fernhart's guard.
