The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hendrix is defended easily by Bonifacio.
Bonifacio bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hendrix's head backwards.

It looks like Antonio Hendrix has been cut.
Hendrix dives in for a single leg takedown but Bonifacio sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Bonifacio pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Bonifacio steps into range and cracks Hendrix with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Hendrix flops backwards and Bonifacio dives into his guard looking to finish!

Hendrix is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bonifacio gets to his feet and stands over Hendrix, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Hendrix felt that one! Bonifacio unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Hendrix from any more punishment!
