Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lester Berger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devan Hennings (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Lester Berger has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hennings darts in looking for a takedown but Berger gets double underhooks and turns Hennings into the cage.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Hennings has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Hennings has Berger pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Hennings pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Berger tumbling to the mat - Hennings dives into Berger's guard.

Berger might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Hennings has hold of Berger's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Berger tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Hennings cranks the arm and Berger screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Berger, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
