Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Donte Munoz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vash Saheame (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saheame has chosen Miss May I - Chambered Winds as his entrance music. Donte Munoz has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saheame tries to close the distance and clinch up but Munoz swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Munoz has Saheame up against the cage in a clinch.
Saheame tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Saheame is pressed up against the cage. Munoz has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Saheame down to the mat. Saheame avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

and Munoz counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Saheame is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Saheame tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Munoz manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Munoz throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Saheame's waist but Saheame gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Munoz off to one side.

Saheame clinches up against the cage.

Munoz jumps guard and drags Saheame to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Munoz wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Saheame gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Munoz dives in and grabs Saheame's left leg, looking for a takedown. Saheame pushes down on Munoz's head and hops out.

That was a close round but I would say that Donte Munoz will probably get the nod.

Munoz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Munoz gets control of Saheame's arms and successfully pulls guard. Munoz will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Vash Saheame showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Munoz shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Saheame sprawls well. Saheame wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Munoz gets slowly back to his feet.

Saheame leaves Munoz with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Munoz moves out of range as Saheame throws a body kick.

Munoz is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Saheame can't fight it off and eventually Munoz manages to take the fight to the floor. Saheame looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Munoz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Munoz seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Saheame working for a triangle but Munoz defends it easily.
Munoz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Saheame swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Munoz is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Donte Munoz has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Munoz looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Saheame is fending him off so far but Munoz persists. Nope, Saheame circles away and we're back to standing.

I would just about give that final round to Vash Saheame.
