The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lior throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lior shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Omega defends it nicely.
Lior turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Lior moves into range and clinches up with Omega.
Lior can't break the clinch.
Omega breaks from the clinch.
Omega drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Omega accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Omega escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Lior throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Lior throws the kick towards the body but Omega avoids it.
Omega scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Lior misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Omega.

Omega takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Lior throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Omega's head.
Lior takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Lior looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Abrahem Lior seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Omega looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Lior!
This has been an exciting period of action!

and Lior takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Omega blocks a head kick by Lior.
Lior tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Omega ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Omega avoids the head kick by Lior.
Lior tries for a takedown but Omega circles away easily
and Omega decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lior's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Omega stands up over Lior, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Omega slips a nice elbow through Lior's hands, connecting with Lior's forehead.
Omega thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Lior's head.
Omega has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Omega cracks Lior on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Lior falls backwards against the cage. Omega follows up with more strikes that drop Lior to his knees. Omega keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Lior! This one is all over!

Jack Omega decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
