Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Charles Douglas!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Douglas lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. Lang tries to land a front kick but Douglas steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

It looks like Charles Douglas has been cut.
Douglas pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Lang back to the cage. Douglas follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

We've been informed that Douglas has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Douglas tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Lang is able to avoid easily.
