Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rhan Awhem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amun Ra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Awhem might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Shawnee Sioux War Dance . We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Awhem or perhaps it was just good defense by Ra which made him look bad.
Awhem tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Ra defends well and Awhem ends up having to push Ra into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Ra tries for a takedown. No joy.
Ra breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Awhem shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ra defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rhan Awhem. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Awhem takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Awhem misses with a takedown attempt - Ra sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Ra throws a sloppy head kick and Awhem moves out of range easily.

Ra throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Awhem shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Ra is trying to defend but Awhem finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Awhem thows a huge punch but Ra dodges it nicely.

Awhem looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Ra with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Awhem takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Ra is still in real trouble! Can Awhem finish him?
Awhem scores with a big shot! Ra's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Ra! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

After winning the bout, Rhan Awhem thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
