The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Legs avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Nice defenses there by Mewes.
Mewes really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Legs misses with a few strikes there.
A combination from Legs does no damage.
A right-left combo lands from Mewes.
Legs throws out a loose jab but Mewes uses good head movement to avoid it.
Legs lands a glancing blow to the side of Mewes's head.

Legs takes a swing at Mewes's ribcage but misses.

Mewes misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Legs tries to bum rush Mewes with a series of wild strikes but Mewes uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Legs takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Legs fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mewes looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Legs throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Legs throws a right and a left that Mewes avoids nicely.
Mewes lands a leg kick that knocks Legs off balance momentarily.

Legs throws a series of punches but Mewes avoids them all with ease.
Mewes connects with a good right hand that stumbles Legs. Legs circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

and Mewes counters with a huge left! Legs is in big trouble! He's backing up but Mewes isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Legs from any more damage. A dominating finish by Mewes!

After the fight, Jason Mewes was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
