The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Estevez thows a body shot but no joy.
Grover avoids the body shot from Estevez.
Estevez darts in looking for a takedown but Grover gets double underhooks and turns Estevez into the cage.
Come on Grover - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
The crowd are getting on Grover's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch.
Grover receives a warning from the referee for stalling.
Grover is trying to push Estevez away but Estevez has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Grover has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Grover manages to break the clinch.
Estevez gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Estevez connects with a leg kick. Grover looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Estevez shoots in for a takedown but Grover shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Grover slips under a jab from Estevez.
Sensimelio Estevez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Estevez takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Estevez throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Grover sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Grover misses with a few strikes there.
Estevez shoots in for a takedown but Grover shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sensimelio Estevez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Estevez has his takedown stuffed
and Grover counters with a left and a right that stings Estevez.
Grover with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Estevez to score with a decent uppercut.
Grover is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Estevez.

Grover loads up on a big right hand but Estevez slips the punch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Estevez is defended easily by Grover.

and Estevez counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Grover's guard now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Estevez postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Grover is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Estevez, into his guard.
Grover really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Estevez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Grover wants to stand but Estevez has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Estevez looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Grover is defending well. Estevez quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Grover has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Estevez celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
