The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kessler stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
A slapping body kick lands there for Savic.
Kessler throws a jab but it's blocked by Savic.
Savic misses with a looping left.
Savic throws a leg kick but Kessler sees it coming and moves out of range.
Kessler throws a head kick but Savic moves out of range.
Savic has a takedown stuffed.
Savic has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Savic closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
