PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Spurro Sparre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alessio Legionarius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sparre might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sexy and I Know It . Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Legionarius walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Legionarius lands with a right, followed by a left to the temple and Sparre goes down! The ref sends Legionarius to a neutral corner so he can begin the count. 3,4,5,6 and Sparre is back to his feet. He seems a little groggy but the referee thinks he's OK to continue, so we're back to the action!

Sparre is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Oh Sparre is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Legionarius feints and then cracks Sparre's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Sparre down.
Legionarius fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Sparre walks forward, straight into a front kick from Legionarius.
Sparre glances at the clock... BAM! Legionarius nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Sparre crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Sparre is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
