Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Osmo Keinänen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Claus Clausen!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clausen throws a hook but Keinänen avoids it easily.
Clausen cracks Keinänen with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Clausen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Keinänen was well out of range. Poor timing from Clausen.
Keinänen tries to clinch there but Clausen circles away.
Clausen misses with a looping left.
Keinänen closes this distance looking for a takedown but Clausen circles away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Clausen is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Keinänen is controlling him well.

Keinänen tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Keinänen has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Keinänen creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Clausen sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Keinänen can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Clausen is looking to escape.

Keinänen cracks Clausen with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Keinänen wants to control the pace but Clausen is squirming around nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Clausen can't escape the position.
Keinänen is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Keinänen throwing strikes here but Clausen is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
