Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rockford Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Knight might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Stars that Play with Laughing Sams Dice by Jimi Hendrix. Williams is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by UFC: Closer to the Edge (Jared Leto). Rockford Knight has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by Williams.

Williams is trying to maintain a safe position but Knight gets an underhook and turns Williams into the cage.

Williams breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Williams dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Knight. That did some damage!

Knight doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Williams is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Knight is defending well for now.

Williams has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Knight is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Knight throws a hook but Williams blocks it.

Williams slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

It looks like Rockford Knight has been cut.
Knight chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Williams can pounce on him.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Williams doesn't manage to clinch there - Knight circles away.
Williams misses with an uppercut. Knight saw that one coming.

Williams lands a leg kick that knocks Knight off balance momentarily.
Williams uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Knight.
Knight throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Williams fails with an attempt to clinch.
Williams throws a sloppy head kick and Knight moves out of range easily.
No joy there for Williams, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Williams lands with a hook. Knight tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Williams fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Knight manages to avoid it.
Knight lands a jab to Williams's midsection.

and Williams makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Knight really felt that one!
Knight is breathing heavily.
Nice jab there from Williams.
Williams throws a head kick but Knight moves out of range.
Williams will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Knight throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Knight dodges the punch combination from Williams.
A looping hook to the body misses from Knight. Williams does a little dance to reset his feet.
A head kick from Williams lands but Knight takes it in his stride.

Knight thuds his right hand into Williams's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Oooooh!!! Williams has knocked Knight down with a huge combo! Williams steps away and waves a wobbly Knight back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Rockford Knight's cut is getting worse.
Knight is looking to wear down Williams with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Williams lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Knight - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Williams!
