Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cees Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Condit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cees Gunn could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Carlos Condit's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Condit looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Gunn!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Gunn sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Gunn blocking the ground and pound attempt from Condit.

Gunn is looking to sweep but instead, Condit has passed into half guard.
Condit stops Gunn from getting back to his feet.
Gunn is looking for a sweep. Condit is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Condit thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gunn's head.

Gunn flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Condit wants to control but Gunn is keeping him busy.

Gunn kicks Condit off and gets back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Condit tries to bum rush Gunn with a series of wild strikes but Gunn uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Gunn gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Gunn clobbers Condit with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Carlos Condit seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Condit shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Gunn manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Condit connects with a couple of short punches.
Condit throws a big right hand that misses.
Condit with a nice head shot there.
Condit has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Condit tries to free his leg and advance position but Gunn is retaining full guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Condit decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Condit misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Condit fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Gunn to the ground. Condit is now in Gunn's guard.

Condit has gone for a leg lock! Gunn slips out almost immediately though and dives into Condit's guard.

Condit holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Gunn is pressing down on Condit's thigh, looking to free his foot. Condit is holding on for now.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Gunn takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Condit lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Condit thows a huge punch but Gunn dodges it nicely.

Gunn throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Condit escapes and throws Gunn's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Condit creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Gunn sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Condit in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Condit throws an elbow but Gunn slips to the side and avoids it well.
Gunn manages to get back to half guard.
Gunn is not content to let Condit control the position.

Oh Gunn is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Condit looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Gunn covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
