Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alvin Ray Dunkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ryan Taylor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alvin Ray Dunkin!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Eddie Farnsworth and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Dunkin.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Dunkin.
Taylor jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Dunkin throws a push kick but Taylor slaps the foot to one side.

Dunkin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Taylor makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Dunkin throws a low kick, looking for Taylor's leg but Taylor calmly moves out of range.
Dunkin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Taylor swats him away and circles back towards the center.
We've been told by Taylor's head coaches at Rape Academy that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Taylor moves out of range of the leg kick from Dunkin.
Dunkin fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Taylor.
Dunkin looks to score with a jab to the body but Taylor is just out of range.
Dunkin throws a half hearted mid kick.
Dunkin lands with a right hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Taylor takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Dunkin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Taylor lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dunkin circles away quickly and effectively.
Sloppy strikes from Taylor. Those never looked like landing.

Taylor throws out a loose jab but Dunkin uses good head movement to avoid it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Taylor jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Taylor wants to clinch up but Dunkin keeps it at a distance.
Taylor shoots in looking for a takedown. Dunkin tries to sprawl out of it but Taylor keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dunkin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Taylor's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Taylor bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Dunkin's head.
Taylor steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dunkin.
Dunkin lands a front kick.
Dunkin throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Good leg kick by Dunkin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Dunkin tries to score with a low kick but Taylor moves his leg out of the way.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Taylor crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dunkin - the referee stops the clock and Taylor gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dunkin. Taylor manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Dunkin throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Dunkin throws out a leg kick but Taylor moves out of range and Dunkin only half commits.
Dunkin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Taylor paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dunkin has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
The fighters circling - Dunkin throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Taylor moves out of range of the body kick.
Taylor takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Taylor checks a low kick from Dunkin.
A nice inside leg kick there by Dunkin. That's going to slow Taylor down.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Taylor might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Taylor is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dunkin lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Taylor has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Taylor and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Well Dunkin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
