Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Robert Boone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Hans Gruber!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gruber scores with a jab to the body.
Boone slips under a jab.
Boone lands a jab to the head.
Gruber swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Boone steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gruber.
Boone jabs Gruber right on the nose. Gruber blinks but takes it well.
Gruber throws a lazy uppercut
and Gruber takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gruber has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Gruber takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gruber drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Gruber swings widly with a right hand
and Boone counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Gruber ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Boone moves away.
Gruber misses with an uppercut. Boone saw that one coming.
Boone misses with a series of wild punches.
Gruber throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Gruber thows a body shot but no joy.
It looks like Boone has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Boone paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Boone checks a low kick from Gruber.

Boone connects with a jab.
Gruber slips under a jab.
Gruber misses with a series of wild punches.
Boone scores with a jab to the head.
Boone on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Boone keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gruber lands an overhand right.
Gruber throws a right and a left that both miss.
Gruber throws a lazy uppercut
and Boone counters with a lovely straight right hand!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gruber fails with a takedown attempt.
Boone lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Boone uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gruber.
Gruber throws a body punch but Boone moves out of range.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Boone keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Gruber.
Boone swats away the attempt to clinch by Gruber.
Boone is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Boone scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Hans Gruber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gruber looks winded!
Boone lands with an overhand left.

Gruber darts in and clinches Boone up against the cage.
Boone looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Gruber pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Gruber walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Gruber takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Boone displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gruber throws out the jab.
Boone sizes up Gruber with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Gruber misses with a hook. Boone ducked under it nicely.

Boone lands a big uppercut and Gruber crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Gruber looks OK. Boone waves Gruber back to his feet!

Gruber is rocked!

It looks like Hans Gruber has been cut.
Gruber loses concentration momentarily and Boone pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Gruber crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Boone finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
