The judges for this bout are Josh West, Ryoma Takatsuka and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fei Hong tries to clinch up but Ware circles away and keeps his distance.
Fei Hong throws a lazy uppercut
and Ware counters with a low kick, right behind Fei Hong 's knee.
Ware throws a head kick that Fei Hong semi-blocks.
It looks like Alan Fei Hong has been cut.
Ware misses with a kick to the body.
A head kick from Ware lands but Fei Hong takes it in his stride.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fei Hong tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Ware paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Ware throws a head kick but Fei Hong moves out of range.

A slapping body kick lands there for Ware.

Ware throws a looping overhand right but Fei Hong ducks down to avoid it.
Ware tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Fei Hong is able to avoid easily.

Fei Hong throws a big shot that misses.
Fei Hong takes one to the side of the head.
Ware wants to slow Fei Hong down by chopping away at his legs.
Ware scores with a hook to the body. Fei Hong takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Ware slips a jab from Fei Hong.
Ware pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

and Ware counters with a good, hard body kick but Fei Hong shrugs it off.
Fei Hong tries to clinch up.
Fei Hong is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Ware's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Ware throws out a powerful jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fei Hong tries to clinch but Ware is having none of it.

Ware connects with a body shot.
Ware is looking to land body kicks.
Fei Hong takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Ware pushes Fei Hong away with a front kick.
Ware lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Fei Hong misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Ware.
Ware thows a body shot but no joy.
Ware lands a head shot.
Ware circles away from the clinch attempt.
Nice uppercut there from Ware.
Ware bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Fei Hong! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
Fei Hong is rocked!

Ware gets to his feet and stands over Fei Hong, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Fei Hong felt that one! Ware unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Fei Hong from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). B A Ware!
