Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stan Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nosher Powell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stan Marsh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nosher Powell!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Chris Saunders and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powell misses with a low kick.
Marsh cracks Powell with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Marsh with a hook.
Powell on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Powell fakes the leg kick and cracks Marsh in the body.
Powell looks to land a body kick but Marsh moved away.
Powell misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Marsh throws out a loose jab but Powell uses good head movement to avoid it.
Marsh displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Marsh has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Powell misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Marsh blocks a head kick by Powell.
Powell rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Marsh moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Powell has managed to clinch.
Marsh throws a head punch that misses.

Marsh is leaning against Powell and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Marsh tries to work over Powell's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Marsh.
Powell misses with some punches.

Powell breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Powell moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Powell displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Marsh throws out the jab.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Powell looks to land a body kick but Marsh moved away.
Powell pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Powell throws a nice outside leg kick.
Marsh blocks a head kick by Powell.
Marsh avoids the head kick by Powell.

Powell throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Powell throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Marsh throws a jab when Powell was well out of range.
Powell fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Marsh.
Marsh takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

Powell rushes Marsh and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Marsh stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Marsh lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Powell backwards.

Powell's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Powell looks to land a combination but Marsh avoids it well.
Marsh throws a jab but it's blocked by Powell.
Powell misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Marsh moves out of range as Powell strikes.
Marsh lands with a nice body kick.
Powell throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Marsh looks to land a right hand but Powell moved out of range.
Powell misses with a two punch combination.
Marsh throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Powell tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Powell takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Marsh is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Marsh throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Powell slips under a jab from Marsh.
Powell tries to land a front kick but Marsh steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Marsh slips a straight right by Powell.
Powell fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Marsh has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Powell lands a right hook to the body.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A clash of legs there as Marsh blocks the low kick.
Marsh slips a jab from Powell.
Powell pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Powell swinging wildly here.
Powell misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Powell throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Powell gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Marsh.
Powell uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Marsh.
Powell throws a sloppy head kick
and Marsh counters with a nice body kick.
Powell looks winded!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Sloppy strikes from Powell. Those never looked like landing.
Powell misses the shot to the body.
Marsh tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Powell paws at him with a jab and circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nosher Powell dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Powell lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Powell misses with a leg kick.
Powell looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Marsh will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Powell gets cracked there but stands up to it.


Powell is rocked!
Powell wants to clinch up but Marsh keeps it at a distance.
Powell is still on wobbly legs! Can Marsh finish him?
Nosher Powell seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Marsh flashes Powell a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Powell's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Powell crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Marsh punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Stan Marsh!
A very excited looking Stan Marsh made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
