Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Muraki Tunamoto!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Edward Richtofen!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tunamoto lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Tunamoto lands a jab to the head.
That kick from Tunamoto tenderised Richtofen's leg. Richtofen is trying to keep his angry face on.
The fighters circling - Tunamoto throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Richtofen on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Tunamoto cracks Richtofen with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tunamoto tries to close the distance and clinch but Richtofen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Richtofen has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Richtofen avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Richtofen fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tunamoto has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Some bone on bone action there as Tunamoto checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Richtofen lands a head kick that sends Tunamoto down! Tunamoto is flopping around the mat trying to get back up, leaving the referee no choice but to wave off the fight! Richtofen is victorious!
