PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shelton Joseph (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Larry Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Alexander isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Joseph stacks Alexander on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Joseph!

Alexander is fighting off a takedown attempt but Joseph is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Alexander to the mat. Alexander regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Joseph is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Alexander defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Alexander is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Joseph gets his way!

Joseph is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Alexander has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Joseph is looking to defend but Alexander has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Joseph! Alexander pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Joseph taps out and this one is all over!
