Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Bzdunek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diogo Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bzdunek comes into the arena with Kilka ostatnich krokow blaring out of the sound system. Diogo Souza has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Felipe Paraventi and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bzdunek scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Bzdunek throws a head kick that misses.
Bzdunek looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Bzdunek wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Nice takedown defense from Bzdunek. No joy for Souza on that attempt.
Souza takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Bzdunek pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Bzdunek throws a lazy right hand but Souza sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A jab lands there for Bzdunek.
It looks like Diogo Souza has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bzdunek punishes Souza's body with a nice straight punch.
Souza ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Souza with a poor takedown
and Bzdunek counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Bzdunek looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bzdunek moves into range and clinches up with Souza.
Bzdunek working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Souza tries to pull guard but Bzdunek forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
John Bzdunek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diogo Souza.
Bzdunek lands with a light punch inside.
Souza tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Bzdunek is stalling here.
Bzdunek working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Souza's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Bzdunek has Souza pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Bzdunek pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Souza tumbling to the mat - Bzdunek dives into Souza's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bzdunek thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Souza is looking for a triangle but Bzdunek pushes his legs off easily.
Bzdunek trying to control the position from guard on top but Souza is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bzdunek is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at The Garcia Grappling Academy - Rio that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Souza looking for a guillotine here but Bzdunek defends easily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Souza is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Bzdunek frees his head nicely. Oh but Souza has switched to an armbar! Bzdunek is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
