The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Matheus Silva and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenzie misses with a two punch combination.
A telegraphed right hand from Kenzie misses the target.
Horrible takedown by Silva or perhaps it was just good defense by Kenzie which made him look bad.
Silva throws a leg kick but Kenzie sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Kenzie misses with a looping right.
Silva lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kenzie circles away quickly and effectively.
Kenzie fails to land with a series of punches.
Silva throws a series of punches but Kenzie avoids them all with ease.
Kenzie tests Silva's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Zesbis Silva has been cut.
Zesbis Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kenzie has closed the distance and engaged Silva in a clinch.
Kenzie's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kenzie drives through and clinches with Silva against the cage.
Kenzie lands a right hand that snaps the head of Silva backwards.
Silva definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Kenzie lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Silva is rocked!

Oh Silva is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Silva wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Kenzie lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Silva to his knees! Kenzie keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Patrick Kenzie!
A relieved looking Patrick Kenzie thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
