Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Gun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phill Bunce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gun comes to the cage accompanied by The Tommy Gun. Phill Bunce will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Bunce lands an impressive looking overhand right. Gun doesn't seem phased though.
Bunce throws a hook to the side of Gun's head but Gun sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bunce throws a hook but Gun blocks it.
Gun takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Bunce misses with a right hand
and Gun counters with an inside leg kick.
Gun moves away from the strike by Bunce.
Bunce's jab looks to have found its range, popping Gun under the eye.
Bunce throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Gun counters by clinching up.
Gun tries to score a body lock takedown but Bunce shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Bunce is trying to force a seperation but Gun has the dominant position.
Bunce lands an uppercut.

It looks like Tommy Gun has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bunce prevents a takedown attempt there.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Gun has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Bunce is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tommy Gun. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A frustrated look appears on Bunce's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Bunce's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Bunce lands a left and a right that send Gun crashing to the mat, dazed. Bunce thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gun on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
The fighters circling - Bunce throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Gun on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Gun keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A combination from Bunce does no damage.

Gun defending well as Bunce loads up on a big left hand.
Bunce lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Gun slips a jab from Bunce.
Bunce throws an off balance right hand

and Gun counters by clinching up.

Bunce breaks from the clinch.
Gun moves away from the strike by Bunce.
Bunce misses with a straight right.
Gun ducks under a wild hook from Bunce.
Bunce fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gun looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Bunce fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bunce has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.

Gun takes a jab right on the kisser.
Bunce throws a left and a right that both miss
and Gun counters with an inside leg kick.
Bunce swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Gun.

Tommy Gun's cut is getting worse.
Bunce bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Gun is rocked!
Bunce throws a shot from downtown. Gun moves away and avoids it.
Gun ducks under a wild hook from Bunce.
Gun slips under a jab from Bunce.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gun takes one to the chin there.
Gun ducks right into an uppercut from Bunce.
Oh Gun is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bunce cracks Gun with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Gun tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Bunce pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Gun is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
