The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis connects with an inside leg kick.
Lewis throws the kick towards the body but Baako avoids it.
Lewis swats away the attempt to clinch by Baako.
Gabriel Lewis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baako tries to clinch there but Lewis circles away.
Lewis tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Baako is able to avoid easily.
Baako ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lewis moves away.
Baako has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Baako bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Baako fails with an attempt to clinch.
Baako scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Lewis scores with a decent looking hook.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lewis cracks Baako with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Baako looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Lewis finish him?
Baako is rocked!
A right-left combo lands from Baako.

It looks like Gabriel Lewis has been cut.
A chopping leg kick lands by Lewis.
Baako leaves his chin hanging out and Lewis seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Baako crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
