Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Petyr Balish!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nomo throws a shot from downtown. Balish moves away and avoids it.
Balish has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Balish steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Nomo.
Nomo dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Nomo avoids the head kick by Balish.
Nomo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Nomo is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
It looks like Petyr Balish has been cut.
Balish throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nomo fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Balish on the side of the head.
Nomo attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Nice jab there from Nomo.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Balish shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Nomo counters with a stiff right hand.
Balish is rocked!
Balish doesn't manage to clinch there - Nomo circles away.
Nomo takes a swing at Balish's ribcage but misses.
Nomo throws a jab but it's blocked by Balish.
Nomo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Balish shoots and misses
and Nomo makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Balish takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Balish looks winded!
Nomo dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Nomo cracks Balish with a good jab.
Balish avoids the body shot from Nomo.
Nomo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Balish moves away.
Nomo throws a wild body kick that Balish sees coming a mile off.
Balish uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Nomo.
A looping hook to the body misses from Nomo. Balish does a little dance to reset his feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A left lands for Nomo.
Balish is still on wobbly legs! Can Nomo finish him?
A bone on bone clash there as Balish blocks the leg kick.
Balish seems to have recovered his senses.
Nomo lands a big uppercut and Balish crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Balish looks OK. Nomo waves Balish back to his feet!
Nomo lands a jab to Balish's midsection.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Balish backs away from a small jab... but Nomo lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Balish crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Nomo with a spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Shintaro Nomo!
A very excited looking Shintaro Nomo rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
