The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ning closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Richards to the mat! Richards manages to get full guard.
Ning advances position into side control!
We've been hearing that Ning has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ning tries for a kimura but Richards is defending well.
Richards is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Ning's leg. Oh but that's left an opportunity for Ning! He's got an arm triangle... it looks tight! He's rotating and Richards has tapped! This one is allllll over!
