Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Volkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chaz Swanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Volkov kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hindabuilding. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Volkov throws a right hand that Swanson ducks under and follows up with a left that Swanson also avoids with ease.
No joy there for Volkov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Swanson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Volkov is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Swanson connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Volkov some visible discomfort.
