Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oakley Bark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yegor Klitschko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bark comes to the cage accompanied by RUN DMC its like that. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 41 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Oakley Bark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yegor Klitschko!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Kenichi Hosakawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bark avoids the body shot from Klitschko.
Klitschko throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bark on the side of the head.
Klitschko scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Klitschko throws out a loose jab but Bark uses good head movement to avoid it.
Klitschko throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bark.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Klitschko lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bark has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bark and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Klitschko misses the jab.
Klitschko swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bark dives in and grabs Klitschko's left leg, looking for a takedown. Klitschko pushes down on Bark's head and hops out.
Klitschko throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Klitschko misses with a two punch combination.
Klitschko throws a right hand that Bark ducks under and follows up with a left that Bark also avoids with ease.
Bark has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Klitschko throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Klitschko throws a lazy uppercut

and Bark counters with a single leg into guard. Klitschko didn't expect that.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bark tries to free his leg and advance position but Klitschko is retaining full guard.

Bark is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Klitschko is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Klitschko has escaped and now he's on top!
Bark lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Klitschko!
Bark wants to control the pace but Klitschko is squirming around nicely.

Bark is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Klitschko has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Klitschko is trying to stand up.

Klitschko defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Bark.

Bark is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Klitschko to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Klitschko shrugs it off.

Bark is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Klitschko is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Bark is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Klitschko has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Klitschko!

Bark wants to get back to his feet but Klitschko is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Bark keeping moving, preventing Klitschko from controlling successfully.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bark has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Klitschko can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Oakley Bark will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Klitschko throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Klitschko lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bark changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Klitschko tries to avoid it but Bark manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Klitschko to the ground. Klitschko escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Bark changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Klitschko looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Bark swings around for an armbar but Klitschko sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Bark's guard.
Klitschko must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Bark has his foot on Klitschko's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Klitschko works his way back into a safe position though.

Bark escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Klitschko gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Klitschko is working Bark over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Bark is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Klitschko lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Bark wants to sweep here but Klitschko controlling him for the moment.
Klitschko is looking to stand up but Bark won't let him.
Klitschko is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Bark is looking to sweep but instead, Klitschko has passed into half guard.

Klitschko is controlling the pace.
Klitschko working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Bark scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Klitschko manages to mount him!
Klitschko has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bark's face.

Bark is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Bark tries to reverse the position but Klitschko maintains control.
Klitschko takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Bark is looking to improve his position but Klitschko isn't that keen on the idea.
Klitschko wants to control the pace but Bark is squirming around nicely.

Yegor Klitschko showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Klitschko lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bark circles away quickly and effectively.
Klitschko stuns Bark with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Bark is trying to drag Klitschko to the mat but Klitschko just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Klitschko moves in looking to clinch but Bark pushes him off.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bark stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Klitschko swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bark sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Klitschko's guard.
Klitschko is trying to stand up here but Bark is controlling him well.
Bark wants to control but Klitschko is keeping him busy.

Bark looking for a submission but Klitschko manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.
Klitschko tries to land a sweep but no joy.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bark passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Yegor Klitschko comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Klitschko has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
