Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jim Schmidt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcos Calderon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calderon goes for a double leg but Schmidt avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Schmidt continues to drive forward.

Schmidt has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
