The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connor ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Connor jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Mcgregor misses with a two punch combination.
Mcgregor shoots and misses
and Connor counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Connor uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Mcgregor has time to react.

No joy there for Connor, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Connor lands a nice leg kick that just misses Mcgregor's sensitive parts.
Mcgregor moves away from the strike by Connor.

Connor forces Mcgregor back against the cage and clinches.
Mcgregor is looking to take this one to the mat.
Mcgregor throws a head punch that misses.
Mcgregor tries a body shot but Connor blocks it.
Mcgregor wants to stall.

Mcgregor jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Connor walks away with a smile on his face. Mcgregor gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Matthew Connor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ewan Mcgregor.
Mcgregor just misses with a punch to the body.

Mcgregor shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Connor pinned against the cage. Connor gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Connor takes a swing at Mcgregor's ribcage but misses.
Sloppy strikes from Mcgregor. Those never looked like landing.
Mcgregor takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Oooooh!!! Connor has knocked Mcgregor down with a huge combo! Connor steps away and waves a wobbly Mcgregor back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Ewan Mcgregor has been cut.

Connor fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mcgregor manages to avoid it.

Connor fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mcgregor looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Matthew Connor is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Connor connects with a right that clearly hurt Mcgregor. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Connor proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Mcgregor collapses and taps out under the pressure!
