Bundy comes to the cage accompanied by Mama Said Knock You Out. Caprillo has chosen The Beatles - Here Comes The Sun as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bundy lunges at Caprillo with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Caprillo's hand.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Bundy and Caprillo goes tumbling to the canvas! Bundy follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ted Bundy.
Bundy fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Caprillo has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Bundy fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Caprillo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Bundy throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Bundy drops his shoulder and cracks Caprillo with a huge uppercut! Caprillo goes down! Can Bundy finish him?

Bundy drops back looking for a leg! Caprillo is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Caprillo manages to kick Bundy off! Bundy jumps back into Caprillo's guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Caprillo wants to control but Bundy is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Caprillo is looking for a sweep. Bundy is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Bundy wants to free his trapped foot but Caprillo is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Bundy is looking to take a break and control but Caprillo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Caprillo takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Bundy escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ted Bundy is winning the standup battle so far.

and Caprillo counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Bundy pounces like a tiger and cracks Caprillo with a vicious hook! Caprillo is down but not out! Bundy follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
