Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Shitty Bill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Thomson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bill uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Thomson.
Bill tries to land a leg kick but Thomson saw it coming and moves away.
Bill misses the shot to the body.
Bill has been working on his boxing with his coaches at BEVA Fight Home in the buildup to the fight.

Bill has Thomson up against the ropes in a clinch.
Bill keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Thomson's efforts to push away.
Thomson tries to work over Bill's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Thomson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bill throws a good cross that connects.

It looks like Craig Thomson has been cut.
Bill throws a low kick but Thomson avoids it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Thomson drops his hands momentarily and Bill takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
A slow jab from Thomson misses its intended target.

Bill tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Bill throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Thomson gets cracked there but stands up to it.

That has opened up Craig Thomson's cut even more.
Bill moves into range and connects with a jab.
Thomson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

and Thomson counters with a straight right hand.

and Bill connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Thomson throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Thomson throws a hook but Bill avoids it easily.
Bill checks a leg kick.
Shitty Bill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thomson cracks Bill with a good jab.

Bill is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Thomson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Thomson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Thomson.

Thomson throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Thomson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Craig Thomson's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Bill throws a hook but Thomson avoids it easily.
The fighters circling - Bill throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Thomson thows a left - swing and a miss!
Thomson takes one on the chin but seems OK.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Craig Thomson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

A relieved looking Shitty Bill thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
