Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamaha has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Yamaha there as he acknowledges the shot.
Yamaha scores with a kick to the midsection.
Kapaldi just misses with a punch to the body.
Yamaha keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Yamaha is looking to clinch.
Decent striking displayed by Yamaha there.
Yamaha tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Kapaldi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Yamaha tries to clinch there but Kapaldi circles away.

Kapaldi lands with an uppercut that bounces Yamaha off the cage and back into range.
Kapaldi stuffs the takedown.

Kapaldi throws a punch but it's blocked by Yamaha.

Kapaldi looks to land a right hand but Yamaha moved out of range.
Yamaha drives through and clinches with Kapaldi against the cage.
Kapaldi goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Yamaha's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kapaldi misses with a wild body shot.
Pedro Kapaldi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Yamaha closes the distance and pushes Kapaldi back into the cage.
Yamaha blocks an uppercut.
Yamaha breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kapaldi bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Yamaha's head backwards.

Kapaldi throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Yamaha counters with a two punch combo.
Nice takedown defense from Kapaldi. No joy for Yamaha on that attempt.
Yamaha closes the distance and clinches.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kapaldi lands a hook that snaps the head of Yamaha backwards.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Kapaldi.
Yamaha jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kapaldi walks away with a smile on his face. Yamaha gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Pedro Kapaldi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Samantha Yamaha.
Yamaha takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Yamaha shoots for a takedown but Kapaldi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Kapaldi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Yamaha manages to avoid it.
Yamaha is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kapaldi is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Yamaha.
A slow jab from Kapaldi misses its intended target.
Yamaha goes for a double leg but Kapaldi avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Kapaldi continues to drive forward.
Kapaldi lands with a light punch inside.
Kapaldi misses with a hook to the ribs.

Kapaldi lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Kapaldi stuffs the takedown attempt from Yamaha. Yamaha gets slowly back to his feet.
Kapaldi lands a really nice looking cross but Yamaha seems unphased.
Yamaha is rocked!
Kapaldi flashes Yamaha a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Yamaha's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Yamaha crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Kapaldi punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
