Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yancy Malaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John The Iron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Iron is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Slippin. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 5 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yancy Malaki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John The Iron!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malaki works The Iron's body with a nice hook.

The Iron uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Malaki.

The Iron moves forwards but Malaki connects with a nice, crisp jab.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Malaki is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

John The Iron is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

John The Iron showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Yancy Malaki.
I think Malaki has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
