The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida tries for a takedown but Noble circles away easily

and Noble holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Machida tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Noble just leaning against Machida, taking a breather.
Noble is pressed up against the cage. Machida has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Noble down to the mat. Noble avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
