Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ray Reilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haha Urajoke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ray Reilly!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Haha Urajoke!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Reilly catches Urajoke right on the button with a cross.
Reilly throws out a powerful jab.

Urajoke looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Urajoke is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Reilly is just riding it out for now. Urajoke eventually gives up the hold.
Urajoke is thwarting Reilly's attempts to control the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Urajoke is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Urajoke is looking for a kimura here.
Reilly is looking for a sweep. Urajoke is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Urajoke is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Urajoke looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Urajoke is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Reilly to slip a leg under and get back to full guard.
Reilly wants to sweep here but Urajoke controlling him for the moment.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Urajoke is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Reilly is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Reilly has escaped and now he's on top!

Reilly gets to his feet - Urajoke follows without any prompting.
Ray Reilly is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Urajoke throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Reilly's waist but Reilly gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Urajoke off to one side.
Haha Urajoke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Reilly darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ray Reilly dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Urajoke throws a right and a left that both miss.
Urajoke takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Reilly rushes Urajoke and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Reilly breaks the clinch.
Reilly wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Urajoke throws a right and a left that both miss.
Urajoke lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Reilly circles away quickly and effectively.

and Reilly counters with a straight right hand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Reilly throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Urajoke sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Reilly lands a big right hand that sends Urajoke crashing to the mat! Reilly stays standing though and waves Urajoke back to his feet!


Urajoke is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Urajoke on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Urajoke is still on wobbly legs! Can Reilly finish him?
Reilly throws a looping overhand right but Urajoke ducks down to avoid it.
Urajoke seems to have recovered his senses.
Reilly throws a big shot that misses.
Urajoke circles away from the clinch attempt.
Reilly smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Urajoke rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Reilly moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Reilly misses the jab.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Urajoke.
Urajoke lands with a nice combination. Reilly backs away looking to recover.
Reilly throws a hook but Urajoke avoids it easily.
Urajoke uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Reilly.
Reilly connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Urajoke's hands.
It looks like Reilly has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Urajoke misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Urajoke throws a left and a right that both miss

and Reilly counters with a crisp one two that drops Urajoke! Reilly thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Urajoke to his feet! Urajoke is in big trouble!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Urajoke fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Ray Reilly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Haha Urajoke.
Reilly misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Urajoke.
Reilly rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Urajoke moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A cross from Reilly lands.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Reilly cracks Urajoke with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Urajoke looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Reilly finish him?
Reilly is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Urajoke can do to turn this around?
Urajoke misses with an uppercut. Reilly saw that one coming.
Reilly leaves Urajoke with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Urajoke misses with a double jab.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Reilly lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Reilly.
Urajoke misses with a few strikes there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ray Reilly dominated that second round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


Urajoke paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Reilly scores with a one two! Urajoke had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Reilly tries to clinch but Urajoke is having none of it.
The fighters circling - Reilly throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Reilly throws a big shot that misses.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Reilly scores with a jab to the head.
Reilly connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Urajoke covering up! Reilly comes in with a big uppercut and Urajoke goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ray Reilly!
