Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Frank Fister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Gatho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gatho has chosen 666 - Bomba! as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fister throws a lazy head kick
and Gatho counters with a nice body kick.

Fister fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gatho, pushing him back against the cage.

Fister is fighting off a takedown attempt but Gatho is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Fister to the mat. Fister regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gatho forces his way into half guard.
Gatho perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Fister is looking to improve his position.

Fister knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gatho on the ground.
