Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Willy Biggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taco Belle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Biggs walks into a jab.
Belle avoids the body shot from Biggs.
Biggs ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Belle moves away.
Belle looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Belle misses the shot to the body.
Biggs looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Biggs throws a head kick that misses.
Belle takes a swing at Biggs's ribcage but misses.
Belle thows a body shot but no joy.

Biggs has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Belle finds it's way round the side to connect with Biggs's head.

Biggs jabs Belle right on the nose. Belle blinks but takes it well.
Belle scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Biggs doesn't seem bothered though.

We've been informed that Belle has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

We've been told by Biggs's head coaches at Team Ra training camp that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Belle shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Belle throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Biggs.

Belle is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Biggs rather than just go for the knockout.

Biggs gets a double leg takedown into Belle's guard.
Belle is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Biggs postures up and lands a big shot to Belle's brow.
Biggs missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Biggs won't allow Belle to get back to his feet.
Biggs throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Belle works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Biggs stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Belle swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Biggs stands and throws Belle's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Belle manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Biggs working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Biggs accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Willy Biggs will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Belle is rocked!

It looks like Taco Belle has been cut.
Belle gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Biggs points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Belle wakes up just in time to hear Biggs thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

After winning the bout, Willy Biggs thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
