The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Stevenson counters with a nice low kick that buckles Thomas's knee momentarily.
Stevenson just misses with a punch to the body.

Bear Stevenson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Narcizo Thomas.

Thomas jumps guard but Stevenson turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
A right handed body shot lands from Stevenson.
Thomas is trying to drag Stevenson to the mat but Stevenson just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Thomas's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Thomas has Stevenson pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Stevenson manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Thomas drops down looking for an ankle pick but Stevenson pulls his leg out and moves away.

Stevenson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Stevenson.

Nice uppercut lands for Stevenson. That snapped Thomas's head back.
Stevenson cracks Thomas with a hook to the temple - Thomas is on wobbly legs here! Stevenson swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Thomas falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Stevenson wins by TKO!
