The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murimana slips under a jab.
Leon missing with a left hand there. Murimana was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Murimana fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Leon stuffs the takedown.
Murimana is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Leon throws a right and a left that both miss.
Leon throws a nice looking combination but Murimana bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Francois Leon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Murimana breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Leon lands a big right hook! Murimana looks hurt but is still standing! Leon lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Murimana falls down and Leon dives in with a huge hammer fist! Murimana's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Leon runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
