The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Sen misses.
Dellaria throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Dellaria shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sen sprawls well. Sen wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dellaria gets slowly back to his feet.
Dellaria goes for a double leg but Sen avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Sen continues to drive forward.
I was talking to Sen's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Dellaria can't get the takedown.
Ahmet Sen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Greg Dellaria.
Dellaria misses with an elbow over the top.

Sen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dellaria looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Sen fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Dellaria.

Dellaria tries to clinch but Sen moves out of range.
Dellaria blocks a head kick by Sen.

Dellaria closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Sen's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Dellaria loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Dellaria postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Sen on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sen tries to get out of the position.

Sen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dellaria on the ground.

Dellaria fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sen sprawls well initially but Dellaria persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sen is bucking up trying to escape but Dellaria cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Dellaria lands with some strikes.

Dellaria unloads with some shots from mount but Sen bucks and avoids them well.

Dellaria cracks Sen with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Dellaria is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Dellaria!
